I am different – and my Mom is different too. It is just one of the reasons we are together.
When Mom finished chemotherapy, her nurse Darlene told her she is different now and she’ll never be the same person she was before she got sick – and – she will need to take time to get to know her spirit anew. So Mom told me since she is different again and because I changed during our journey last year as well, I am different again, too.
As long as we’re different together, I really don’t care how different we ever become again.
